A select group of interns works at The Met Cloisters, focusing on art interpretation, educational programming, and visitor engagement related to medieval art. No prior background in medieval art is required, though interest is beneficial. Cloisters interns also engage in Met-wide activities and seminars.
* The Museum Seminar (MuSe) Series:
Weekly seminars introduce interns to the various roles within the Museum, highlighting collaboration and operations across departments. This fosters a sense of community among Met staff, fellows, and interns.
